We have been living in the apartments for the last one year and havent had any major problems. We just had a couple of bugs initially and the exterminator took care of that. Any complaints/repairs we wanted were taken care of though there was a delay of a couple of days. Other than that the neighbourhood is very safe. A lot of people make their evening walks during summer and there is a school nearby. Its a safe neighbourhood.

Which apartment do you live in? Maintainance calls have always taken at least 2 weeks to get complete - if at all - since we moved in.
