I have been living in the community for the last couple months and I like it. It's diverse and the rent is very affordable. The walls are thinner than I would like them to be but it's an apartment so what do people expect' I havent experienced any real problems. Any issues I had needing maintenance was resolved quickly. You can't beat the location for this price. I have referred serveral co-workers and friends here. I like it

You've got to be kidding. You must live in one of the front buildings if maintenance has been so great for you.

Sorry whenever I see a positive review for this place I just automatically assume it's fake. No one who has really lived here could possibly like it, unless maybe you were coming from prison or a 3rd world country.

I agree with only one thing you said. The diversity. Yes, that is great, but the rest of that is CRAP. Your maintenance problem must have been something like change a lightbulb or something; oh wait, I ask them to do that, and they didn't even do that right. yeah, you must be a fake. Sorry I tried to help, but there is nothing positive about this place, except the Leasing agents who are nice and get you in, but it is manipulation.
