After 22 years of living at Madison, my husband and I have no major complaints. Over the years, we've had both good and fair management, but we are very pleased with the current manager, Miss Beverly. She always tries to please us and she is there if you need her to answer questions. No complaints with the maintenance crew, they always do their job quickly and politely.

According to the current responses on the website, there are over 31 comments and only 7 (22%) that will recommend this complex to someone else. It is truly apparent when comments are solicited to favor someone. It could'nt be more apparent in this situation. Unfortunely, the other 78% of the respondents who disagree with you have a strong enough opinion and facts as to why. Nevertheless, I understand where this is coming from; especially from a resident who has not experienced anything different in 22 years. Guess what 22 year resident, this place still sucks big time. Good luck to you and it's ok to like someone enough to do something like this for them.

Unfortunately I had my own experience with MAdison...If you have Madison as only last choise I am sorry for you.Everything you can read here is true.I was told before but I did move there. To be honest I did expect more for what I was paid for/even this is one of the less expensive/ Oh...noise from school's marching band and footbal games ,students from high school using your parking spot, dirty hallway and basement.Sure, Madison are pet friendly so remember: ants and other bugs will be your new pets from now.Next door migh be 7-8 students, so you have to understand they are poor creatures just trying to survive here.I would say renters are "B ",but staff "C-"
