My experience at The Madison has been a bitter sweet. The Service team is great! Always friendly when they come do work. The only problem is a short older man who tends to half do the work. He makes things worse than they were. Yuk! Any woo....the office staff is awesome as well. One guy's been there a while. His name is Ron! He looks young dark skinned and has dread locks. He's always super happy and friendly! I'm glad he's made it this far. The staff changes like every week. That's tacky! Then it s another girl lately at the desk young looking also ------- American and sweet. But you can also tell she's new. The book keeper is new as well. Her name is Teresa. She's the best one so far. VERY UNDERSTANDING AND KIND! I have no complaints. She's a sweetie pie. NOW TO THE MOMENT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR. BEVERLY THE BIG BAD WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST MANAGER! Who thinks her job managing an apartment community ranks her with the President or Mayor! LMAO!!! She is so rude. She's claims to always be so busy. But I think she's just lazy. Every time I come in everyone else is running like chickens so what does she do''' Like I went in the other day for some issues I was having in my apartment, she wouldn't even talk to me she just called for the worker to come and get my request. Her tone is very stank and nasty! And I'm about 2 seconds from getting her straight. She looks very unprofessional. She wears skin tight paints that are always to short. And she's a whale. She looks like she s expecting but I've asked plus she's way too old. Her hair is really ratty and damaged. Yuk! What slop! This is the manager remember!!!! So if you re planning to lease at Madison it s a great place. But Honey.... you better be ready to deal with that manager, because she is a HOT ACTION MESS!!!!

Wow ok well I live at Madison & have many, MANY bad things to say about this place, but I think it's totally unnecessary to call the manager a whale and talk about her clothes & hairstyle. I mean get a life! I don't like her either but how does talking about her appearance (or the other employees' appearances & ethnicities for that matter) help people to choose whether to live here or not? I hope other people reading your review see it for what it is - just a silly & immature rant that isn't helpful.

whoever wrote this letter sounds like he or she or my guess,a(he she) has bigger issues then a review, if you can't say something nice you should'nt say anything is what your Mother surely taught growing up.? Find a new place to live I like it here and think Beverly is actually quite beautiful, you ethier caught her on a bad day or you're so full of UGLY inside yourself you can't see past your own*&#@( you know what) is what my MAMA would say. lol what a LOSER.

Only a complete As#&@%# would post a review like this. You have many deep rooted psychological issues that I doubt could ever be fixed, even with all the therapy in the world. Your review only shows that you are a rude, no class loser. Who in the hell do you think you are talking about someone like that? She is a human being unlike the piece of s#@% you obviously are. Karma is a b*@#&! What a great day it will be when fate catches up with you. And it will bite you in the ass one day. Sounds, perhaps, like a jealous, vindictive co-worker posing as a resident. HMMMMMMM????? Get a life you piece of trash. You were such a coward, you posted anonymously. So I will do exactly the same thing so you can wonder who could say these things about you. Definitely the kind of useless review I would expect from such a scum of the earth.

This sounds like a dispute between to inmmature coworkers I was considering residency but not anymore!!!! This ridiculous you guys should have settled this though a personal email,I am trying to find a place to live not a fight.. But i wont be moving here that is for sure!!!
