I feel bad for the people who take their time to sit down and think of dumb stories to try and impress people. I've been living at Madison for quite some time and I'm very impressed with everything, because i know i couldn't do any better. The Staff is nice and whoever sat down and wrote that whole whale story makes me sick and they apparently have nothing better to do with their life. Besides in the rules it says your not suppose to use any real first names or last names. Everyones complaining about how there is a lot of noise and the matienince is horrible well its an apartment what do you expect' go move into a house if you don't like it. MADISON IS A VERY NICE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND YOU WOULD BE STUPID TO NOT LIVE THERE.

I have to disagree with what you're saying. I live in an apartment in New Mexico now, and it is 100% better living here than even the best day at Madison apartments. I agree that the last person who was making whale comments was out of line... I do think that when you rent an apartment, you should be able to sleep at night without hearing your neighbors having sex, and I think you should have minimal maintenance issues - or at least have them dealt with in a timely manner. For me, those were only two of the many problems I had living at Madison Apartments (such as two floods, horrible bug problems, carbon monoxide leaks, etc...). I just don't think that management is doing all they can do for their tenants. All I heard were a lot of excuses and placating.

Madison is not a "very nice apartment complex," it's the ghetto. It looks decent when you drive though it, but if you get the wrong neighbors (and they are everywhere), it's HELL to live here. And if you want to have people over, be prepared to be embarassed about the upkeep inside the buildings. Yuck.

I echo.. Madison is not a good complex to live.. I started to live here for last 4 months and I am already ready to get out of this place.. There are lot of dirty kids around here disturbing people and creating lot of mess and no one is around to take care of.. Don't ever think of living here, the person who wrote the original comment is just trying to improve upon his/her business
