I have been renting for over 30 years and have been in many places and by far the Madison is the best place I have ever stayed. The Manager and the the staff(with the exception of a rude leasing agent) are top notch and professional. Maintenance was excellent and very responsive. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Lies...This place sucks. If you have been here for 30 years then you REALLY know how much of a turn for the worse this place has taken. The staff are bold face LIARS that will say anything to get you to sign the lease. If this is the best place you ever lived then you need a severe reality check!!!

I'm sorry but the main post is B.S., and I have no doubt that it was planted here by the management. No sane person could possibly call this the best place they've ever lived, unless they've lived in 3rd world countries their whole life. Madison is like the ghetto of Farmington Hills. You'll do great here if you're loud & rude & love blaring music & horribly obnoxious kids. Otherwise, find someplace else.

This could not possibly be a reality based review! The best you've EVER lived in?!?!? Where did u live before, a box on the Boulevard? Excellent maintenance?!?!? Man i can't take a bath in my tub because I might slice my behind on all of the grouting "do-overs!" My bathroom faucets look like bowed legs and my bedroom ceiling looks like someone painted over toilet tisse spitballs. Pleease....
