During my apartment search I found this websirte helpful, however, I felt that all reviews were written be angry tenents. Therefore, I want to write periodically about Village green as a tenent with a neutral view. The apartments are beautiful, with great layouts, and options, I cannot hear any of my neighbors, and Parking hasn't been a problem for me at all (I didn't pay extra for a carport, and the office staff is very nice. the only problem that I have with this community is that the maintinence is horrible. When we moved in, we didn't have a bedroom door, and it took a month and numerous complaints to get it finally. we have a list of things that need to be taken care of, and now a month and a half after moving in, they have not been touched. Our fire extinguisher needs to be recharged, and the office manager told me that they aren't being taken care of because the "fire extinguisher people" are in a fight with Village Green .That sounds like a load of crap top me. Over all this is a good community, but the maintinence is absolutely horrible.
