I live on a first floor apartment and I can hear EVERY SINGLE move the person upstairs makes. The floors are paper thin, if you decide to live here get a second floor apartment. Lots of bugs too, especially spiders..TONS OF SPIDERS. When I moved in we didn't have a toilet seat, the apartment was filfthy, and the carpet was in terrible condition, with stains and worn paths in the hallway, which they would not replace. I shampoo'd it myself three times and it never got better. On the good side, all of my maintenance requests were always handled very promptly, and the maintenance and office staff are very friendly. My rent was misapplied to another tenants account TWICE in three months, and they threatened to evict me each time, when it was their fault, but I believe they've gotten new management and staff since then...high turnover at this place. I don't recommend this place. OH, and the apartment is VERY DRAFTY, the bedroom is almost unbearable in the winter, even with plastic over the window!
