I only moved to this apartment because of my son's school. When I moved in, the carpet was horrible, paint was uneven, oven and microwave was filthy, and overhead fan over the stove was also filthy and the carpet was wet when we moved in. The carpet had stains that was visible. When I asked the Manager could she replace it with a patch, her reply was and quote, "If you put furniture over the stain, you will not see the stains." I am happy to say that I am moving out and glad to do so. After the drug murder incident, I no longer feel safe and maintenance sucks. Bugs especially spiders also is a problem and I'm on the second floor apartment. You will spend a lot on heating gas in the winter even if you put plastics on the window. Tried that and my bill was still around 130 to 150 a month.
