Always felt unsafe! Parking lot was lit terribly! Never any parking! Had Black mold in my bathroom and i am a VERY CLEAN person! Shrubs coverd my UNLOCKING windows for an easy brake-in! i had to buy wooden poles to put in my windows so they would be secure and would not be able to be opened from the outside! Pool was dirty and looked like it had mold growing on the side walls. HOT TUB never go in there! it is rarely sanitized! and don't even get me started on what i found in the SAUNA! Obviously no one EVER CLEANS IT! Rent was high for what you were getting, old outdated appliances. maintence was very friendly! but everything was just dirty. there was always cops being called to the same apartments! it's like obviously you do not do a background check!!!! made me feel VERY UNSAFE! Felt like i was living in pontiac not FARMINGTON HILLS!! pot hols went unfixed for years in the road. never live on the bottom floor because when your neighboor walks up his stairs it will feel like an earthquake!!!! never again!
