Overall pleasant. Seems actually very quiet now. Have witnessed no problems in the past year. Maintenance is good; can be seen working on the property almost daily- so very easy to track down. This year, they made a point to replace or refill all fire extinguishers. Parking lots are well lit.

Still lots of potholes and residents/guests break the gates on a regular basis.
I avoid using the pool, sauna, and hot tub.
