They put on a good show to get you to move here. Then you figure out the fitness center has 5 broken machines and 2 working ones along with a non-functional television. So if you only use a stairmaster and global gym from 1950, you're good to go. No one has even tried to fix any of this for the entire time I've lived here despite requests. They have also been trying to make the entry gate work forever. It has never worked for more than a day the entire time I've lived here. There has been a drug bust this year and a shooting/murder in the parking lot along with a subsequent drug/gun seizure in an apartment in 2005. The only good thing I can say is that maintenance guys are pretty excellent as far as apartment related complaints go if the staff ever relays your requests to them. We are given rude remarks by certain office staff when requesting basic repairs and often have to call several times. Apartment was filthy when we moved in. Also, a co-worker in another building had no front door to his building for 4-6 months until mid-December rolled around. He's moving.

This place is not the ideal spot to live at. I've lived here for going on 3 years and that gym has never been updated. I pay to go to Lifetime up the street. I'm afraid of getting injured using any of those machines Village Green has in their so-called fitness center in the clubhouse. I don't see how they can advertise as a gated entry when it never works. We will be moving out this year and cannot WAIT for the lease to be up. We would leave now if we could avoid paying the nearly $2000 peanlty for breaking the lease. But we will just suffer until we can get the heck out! Hopefully you can leave soon too!
