Let's see..........first there are the spiders and creepy crawlies that I have been promised would be taken care of.......last spring...it's October now. Then there was the workout room that was a WRECK the first 9 months we lived here, every machine broken, tv didn't work........there were some improvements, but I wouldn't touch anything down there because it is all covered in sweat that has NEVER been cleaned off....gross and unhealthy!!! They allow HUGE f'in dogs, and of course these are the people that don't clean up dog poop! Maintenance is a joke, our shower was broken, and after the 3rd attempt to fix it, they put in a GOLD faucet that doesn't match anything!!! The tennis court is a second bathroom for dogs.....lovely! The pool was not up and running until almost the end of June...nice for the month and a half you could actually swim in it. The gates are broken CONSTANTLY......paying for security' Yea, right! Oh, and let's not forget the classy residents that let their carpool rides honk CONTINUOUSLY outside their apartment for them at 6am and wake the entire complex! No matter how bad your situation is........living here will not help....go elsewhere!!!! RUN!!!
