Don't dare rent here runnnnnnnnn as fast as u can. This plce hasroaches, ants and is filthy. The pics on the internet look soOoOoOoOoOo beautiful dont they' Uht unnn this place is terriable. The carpet is torn,dirty, stinking, the paint is knocked of the doors. Peeps hanging all out of their windows whistling at you. There is no way i would take an apt here i told that lady HELL TO THE NAW!!!! i didnt feel safe at all. ;o(

Yes I'll agree. I saw actual apts when I was supposed to move in, but I wanted one on the first floor so I had to wait for it to get completed. It was done about a week before we were set to move. When I came to see it I was so upset with how it looked I would have went elsewhere if I had time. There were spider webs on the patio doors, the bathtub looked like it needed to be replaced (they said they would replace it, but they just cleaned it)and the carpet had been shampooed terribly because it was stiff and it had permanent indentations. BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THE BUGS!!!

chunkygirl313 u should move in chatman hills even if ur credit is jacked u can get in and u will very happy!!!!
