Still missing Muirwood - I initially signed a one-year lease on what they call a Terrace Home (private entry, upper level) and renewed it for another year. I loved Muirwood. Sure, people fly through the complex, which was extremely annoying but it's in my opinion a cultural thing--lots of foreigners, which is typical of Farmington Hills anyway. Apartments are not sound proof !!! - I hear my neighbor noise all the time. When they use their restroom or shower , the water gushing and flushing sound is audible to me.
