Where do I begin'

First of all, I have lived here for as long as I can remember and I have never been as unsatisfied as I am with Beztak and the so called "regional manager" Bob Carson. After I write this, I am going to contact the BBB to report these people. Our building roof leaks everytime it rains, and they have done nothing to correct the issue. It rains inside of the building! And, I am absolutely sure that they do not want the ------- American living there because management thinks that they are the cause of all of the vandalism that is happening. What a racist and crude thing to even suggest. Is it possible that there are residents living on a Beztak property that are not even wanted' I will never suggest to anyone that I love or care about to live at any of their dumps. They have just released over 30 of their employees, so how do you think that will affect how quickly your work will be done. I will not reveal my race, but I think that it is dispicable of these people to say and suggest these racist remarks. If I were ------- America(and I may be) I would not spend another dime at this place, and that includes Farmington Oaks. Spend your money at one of the Singh properties ro buy a condo if you can.
Beztak, you have spoiled the ending to my story and we will contact the BBB to have these issues addressed. Fix up the buildings and start caring about the people who contribute to your 6 figure income. We can just as easily move out of here and thake our money with us. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Oh, and I hear that they let go one of their most helpful leasing girls in the office, and the property manager is leaving. Even though she (property manager) was not helpful most of the time, it still says something about the quality and moral standpoint of upper management. Stop putting money in the pockets of owners (beznos) who are making millions and don't give a crap about the tenants. I just signed a lease for another year, but after all of the uncooperativeness of the corporate office on my issues, I will not put another dime into this dump.

It is always disheartening to see such an anonymous, self-serving, vengeful, errant and personalized commentary devoid of truth or accuracy. There are many people of sincere heart who work tirelessly, as well as owners who re-invest large sums of money in improvements, to tend to our resident's needs. Curiously, if this person is so unhappy, why did they stay "...as long as they can remember...," and, "... just signed a lease for another year...," recently renewing their lease? And if they have such strong convictions, why do they not discuss them with us, so that we might hear and address their concerns? We can't fix what we don't know is broken. Such anonymous comments lack credibility. Roof leaks, do and will occur on any property. We promptly identify and repair. At no time, ever, does it, or has it, "rained" into a building. Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Fair Housing provider with an excellent record. We have many employees and residents of all minority descent and appreciate each one. No one makes, or would be tolerated to make, disparaging remarks about any resident of any race. We do not suffer any undue vandalism problems and are confused by this remark. Our resident qualification process is one of the toughest in the state to ensure an enjoyable home experience for all neighbors, as well as elmininate such very issues, which has been successful. As anyone living in Michigan knows, the economic environment is quite difficult and causing cutbacks in all industries and businesses alike. It was with great regret that our company did find the need to recently reduce our staffing. But this was done with great consideration and care towards ensuring minimal negative impact to our residents. It was an unfortunate necessity and we will miss all those affected. The Owners of our company are respected and valued business leaders and community members. They generously give back to the community - not just money, but time - and take pride in ownership of their properties. They spend tireless hours and invest huge sums of money to maintain the appearance and physical condition of their properties. I can attest as their employee that they are energetic and accept no compromise! So in this matter, I would suggest that this is an unfair commentary, from a disgruntled party, who has not the conviction or courtesy to share their concerns with us. For anyone, I would welcome the opportunity to address any needs or allay any concerns. I can be reached directly at 248.737.6148. My name is Robert M. Carson III, CPM. I am proud to be a Property Manager and certified by IREM. I am also proud to be a member of my company and the Kensington Manor management team and the team members who work diligently to satisfy our resident's needs. |

This company is the most committed to being fair to all residents, no matter the race or creed. I am treated so well by everyone from Maintenace to office staff, I'm sure there must be a whole other side to that story... satisfied resident :) |

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Beztak. I actually find their facilities upscale and their customer service impecable. However, there are always going to be people who disagree on every issue. I for one love their properties.

I have lived at this property for about 2-3 yrs now, at first it was a great experience but over the yers things have changed. First Kensinigton Manor Apartment have a major problems that needs to be fixed, the windows and Sliding doors are outdated allowing alot of drafts in the colder months but the residents dont care because they dont pay for heat, also in the summer months the AC dont work at all, they are pretty old and need to be replaced, so if you are like me and like your unit to be cold in the summer then good luck hunting, the doors have a huge gap underneath so what ever smell or in a bad situation a rodent comes from another unit will have easy access to your unit. As far as service calls goes, when they had the old mangement staff it used to be much better, but with the new crew it has definitely gone from bad to worse, it took a month for my simple issue to be resolved, i wont metion it for anonymousity reasons and they dare not say they were not aware as i was in there regularly inquiring what was going on. That being said i want to give the property it props, it is a very safe community never heard of any break ins so they do conduct an extensive background check b4 letting any D/H move in(excuse my language), very spacious and i think on the average well priced for the square footage, most appliance work very well and are new in some instances. cleaning crew do a good job and it is in a prime location.

I find this post quite amusing...
1. It's Farmington HILLS
2. The leasing girl QUIT
3. The property manager is still there
4. If you go up to the leasing office, phone, or send an email, they WILL respond to your problem quickly. I've lived here for 3 years and I've never had any problems. I love it.
I suggest you get your ---- together before you make a comment. It only makes you look like a moron.

Kensington Manor is BUG CITY on the 1st floor. Pull up the carpet around the edges in the bedroom and the doorwall you will see the ground, not the floor. It is infested with bugs in the spring and summer.
