I've been living here for a long time now and the place isn't what it used to be. I'm very disatisfied with how seedy it's becoming and will be moving shortly when my lease is up. I don't have a problem with certain people, but have some respect for other people's property and there won't be any complaints. I shouldn't have to come home from a long day at work and have to listen to someone blasting their music and letting their kids roam around unsupervised and getting into all sorts of trouble. My car got keyed and someone spit on it, with a huge amount of mucous. Imagine that as a surprise on your driver side window. And it obviously came from a human being. I don't know what sick individual would think of doing something like that, but I have an ideal. Next time I'm calling the police without asking any questions.

Are you still dissatisfied, or have things improved at all? Seriously, is it that bad? So what, someone spit on your car. Probably just a disrespectful kid. I am looking for a quality apartment in Farmington and need to hear some pertinent information, not about your distaste for someone spitting on your car. Your review says you've lived here from 2001-2007. If it's that bad, you would have moved a long time ago. Unless you signed a 6-year lease or something. Hmmm...

The pertinent information is that there has been complaints on some tenants that has been living in the apartment nextdoor to me and have been causeing trouble around here and Kensington should have dealt with the problem and never did. Other tenants are having problems with them as well. I kept resigning my lease and then last year started having problem with the tenants next to me and that is when I decided that I was not going to resign my lease. So to answer your question that is why I stayed at Kensington for so long. I have moved out already to another place and I'm not looking back. I wish you good luck in your apartment hunt.
