Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
moved in with no central air or refer for a week in summer..screen missing on doorwall..cockroaches with several visits from exterminator...paint pealing off bathroom walls and tub from shotty cover up..door buzzer sticks on in the middle of the nite..old cabinets..basement floods..lose electricity often
