Nice 4 years in Chattam Hills We lived in Chattam Hills apartments for 4 years. The staff is very good. They always took care of of the problems as quickly as possible and within a reasonable amount of time.

Diverisity There is cultural diversity and the environment is very safe for children. The maintenance people are a bit slow to take care of things BUT all in all the people are so friendly. The laundry rooms are a bit unreliable, that's my biggest complaint.
