i like my apartment, i like the layout. And the price is pretty good for what we have. But there are other issues here that just suck. there is NO parking. You get one carport, but then nobody parks in their carport, so all the regular spots are taken, yet you can't park in someone elses carport. It sucks. Also, the door to get in the building kept breaking, they fixed it like 100 times, then finally gave up and just took the lock off. We are paying to live in a secure building, now people can just come and go. Also we have had problems with people, someone keyed our car, there is always trash in parking lot, and beer bottles, etc....and lots of young people yelling and partying outside. I am young myself, and like to party, but you have to have respect for your neighbors, people have kids, etc...and anytime i called the manager, they told me i had to call the police.
