I currently live in the Georgetown Park Apartments, and they are horrible. The office staff is very rude and forgetful. I had to call three times in order to get my furnace fixed (and it took maintenance three times out to my apt to fix it). There are no good places to walk your dog (and no one picks up after their dog). In my building alone, three cars were keyed, but when reported to the office staff, they were unconcerned and could care less (makes you wonder where they park). I will be moving out at the end of my lease. I know the apartments are cheap, but you get what you pay for!
