My family and I rented this apartment because our home had burned down and have resided at Georgetown Park for one year while our family home was being rebuilt. I have to say apartment living is difficult coming from a home. Although, we have enjoyed our stay, the office staff is very polite and accomodating. The rate to go month to month is outrageous though. I do have to say there are real "slobs" living at Georgetown Park. I see them throwing out their fast food bags, throwing their cigarette butts wherever but maintenance always goes behind them and picks it up. Great "fix it" people. My requests are always completed within a timely fashion. Overall I would recommend Georgetown Park. Sone questionable residents live there but Management is good.
