Great value for price (remember, for price)

I lived here about 10 months ago, and paid $500 a month for 2 bedroom/2 FULL bath 900sq ft. (Never used the other bedroom). I LOVED the open bar layout of the kitchen. The apartments are dated, but have a great layout. Had no w/d in unit, but there was one on each floor. (Only difficult to get one on some weekends). My neighbors were decent, but there is some trash the comes in with so low of a rent. Walls are PAPER thin, make sure you are friendly with you neighbors. Didn't really use maintence. Couple spiders, but nothing else. Heat worked great, would turn it up in the morning, and be toasting in 10 minutes. A/C is avg. Parking is tight sometimes because no one uses the carports. Staff is avg.
