I'm really bummed! I was SOOOO excited about moving here and then on my 2nd night!!! Both my fiance and my car were broken into!! My CD player was torn from my car... leaving my dash cracked and broken pieces everywhere!! I went to report it and was told to lock my doors, which I know, and then given a pamphlet for "renter's insurance"...I have rented from lots of places before and this is crazy...I mean c'mon the 2nd day. I haven't been here long enough to report the response time of maintenance but, I can tell you they didn't complete any items that needed touching up and they also left paint marks on everything...even the new kitchen floors!! The management should be concerned with this!!! Plus, before moving I had to come back and sign paperwork, due to mistakes, like 4 times...its not been a very good experience so far.

That sucks that your car got broken into, but how does that reflect on the apartment complex? At least they have security at night. Try living in Flint, MI. I have lived here for a while and I lock my doors out of habit. Even when I forget, nothing has ever happened.

It reflects on the apartment complex because who would want to live there when there is break ins. I certainly wouldn't want to move in somewhere and have to worry about my car being broken into. I'm very happy for you that haven't had a problem but there are many reviews that have said they have the same problem of break ins. Maybe your at a different apartment complex.
