Georgetown Park is a nice place to live. It has plenty of space for kids to play and the apartments are spacious. There are a lot of families here and the neighbors are nice. Parking tends to be scarce at night and on weekends and can be upsetting for those with more than one car (you get 1 assigned space). My car did get tomatoed one time but other than that I haven't had any problems.
