I agree with the last review. Georgetown Parkway is a very nice place to live. Of course you can hear the neighbors, you live in an apartment! Has anyone bothered to read the TriCOunty Times' Just as much if not more crime is committed throughout the city of fenton. Maybe the problem is with the local police'

I am not management nor do I have anything to gain from this...I agree with the original, VERY NICE PLACE TO LIVE. I am a resident for 7 months...This place is a beautiful safe haven, especially compared to the other places around. Two Thumbs up!

I am an actual resident. I give this place 5 stars. Little to no crime and extremely spacious for apartments. Lots to do and a nice sized walking area!

wow.. georgetown is bad place to move i agree that the lady above has to be management making them look good she probaly the lady that is so roud even syco people say she is syco dont move into georgetown.
