Lived here 2 years ago, and living here again. Now I'm in the newer buildings. They seem to be better built than the old and they're nice with a huge laundry room. People are nice around here. Only complaint is the pool hours.

YES! The winter was so easy. The place was well taken care of and they didn't even wake me up with loud trucks. (that happened a lot at my old place) I have never heard my neighbors, and I play my stereo as loud as I want to. My neighbor have never heard me either. (I had to ask them)

I too lived in the 1400 building until last January and I loved it. I rarely heard anything. I am actually moving back to Georgetown this summer.
