Georgetown is a truly crappy place to live. The people in the office are some of the rudest, most crooked two -faced people I have ever met. They were sweet as pumpkin pie when we initially went there to rent, but once we were locked into a lease they turned into bitchy control freaks. They discovered we were seeking a new place and then demanded that we sign our 30 day notice even thought our lease was up and we still had time to give them a written notice. On top of that we have had ------, hillbilly neighbors, my car has been broken into three times and also dented, our rent has fluctuated without just cause and the community as a whole is ghetto. I actually felt sad about leaving, but I really have little reason to do so. Anyway, we ll be moving at the end of next month and I can t wait to leave this dump behind us.

I think I just found out who the control freak actually is. Ghetto? HA HA HA I think you should learn something from your hillbilly neighbors. This place is the opposite of ghetto! PS - My car has never been broken into or dented, my rent has never changed, and the office has always had excellent customer service!!! If everyone you know seems unfriendly, try looking in the mirror.

Really? So me being annoyed about my car being broken into is not warranted? Oh perhaps you think that just because it did not happen to you means that it doesn't happen to anybody. Regardless, people can see for themselves if they decide to move there. The evidence of our nasty Georgetown is all around and not that hard to find.
