We've been living in Georgetown for 6 months, and our lease ends this month and we are not renewing. One would think that this would be the end of the bill from them, right' No! They tried to charge us big time for little things such as us having chairs on our patio. Who doesn't have chairs on their patio' What else would go out there'
Then, they tried to have my truck towed for no reason saying that it isn't inoperable. I had just drove it that morning!
Speaking of trucks, Mine was broken into.... Twice! Did the office do anything' Nope.
And...Speaking of breaking into, someone tried to break into our apartment! Did the office do anything... Nope.
Our neighbors are horrible. The let their kids run up and down the halls all night. Also they blare music, and yet we are blamed, just because we are young.
They have a bunch of hidden fees. Don't let them tell you otherwise - It's a lie. Our payment was supposed to be $550 a month, but because of the hidden fees, it was almost $700. They screwed us.
So we are leaving. And not expecting to get our deposit back. And don't expect yours, if for some reason you decide to move in here.
