My wife and I moved into Georgetown Park June 1st with our two children and we love it here. Our kids have made new friends that they will be going to school with this fall. There is a nice park, tennis court, basketball and swimming pool. My wife takes the kids to the park every day to play and then they go swimming. We have had so much fun here. The maintenance staff is great, you will see them every morning cleaning up the grounds. The office staff is all so nice and friendly. Our neighbors have been great and we have not experienced any of the problems that I have read in the previous reviews. Sounds more like the person writing it is to blame and not the people who work here. I asked all of my neighbors and they all agree they love living at Georgetown Park.

Thank you stowmeaway. I went to tour 4 different layouts at Georgetown today. Grisilla was wonderful and caring showing myself and my family around. I just need to decide which floorplan I'd like. I was getting a little disgusted reading some of the negative reviews. I think though, that those people would be unhappy where ever they went. Thanks for your Positivity!!
