We have been here for a year. We didn't have any problems until the person upstairs moved in. She stomped, played her music loud all night, did loud things in the bedroom that we could hear throughout the apartment, She liked to slam her balcony door all night, and whenever we went upstairs to ask her to keep it down after 10 pm or talked to the office girls she got worse. I was getting at the most 3 hours of sleep a night, my hair started falling out. We finally started going to the office manager and she has been very very helpful. The person upstairs has not been back since we went up to the manager. I am very grateful to the manager I wish we weren't leaving now. And my hair stopped falling out :) I love the office manager. I hope if anyone has any serious problems to go to the manager right away. I only wish we would have talked to her six months ago. I strongly recommend this place.

Thank you for your post! I almost signed a lease recently, but thought that maybe I had better check the reviews first. Thank God the people have a place to air their grievances.
