I have been a tenant at Georgetown Park for almost 1 year now. In my time at the apartment we were terrorized by the neighbor above us, when we went to the office our complaint was taken lightly. Then noise has continued since, and there are no signs of improvement. The staff did not care about our problems, once they receive your signature on the one year contract your stuck. The shelves in the pantry were already damaged (coming off of the walls). The walls and doorways are poorly insulated so you here every noise in the building. There are children screaming and running up and down the stairs. There are always neighbors yelling outside. The last thing I'd like to mention are the gunshots that I have heard in the middle of the night. If you value peace and quiet you do not wish to live at Georgetown Park.

We are here to assist you in every way we can this includes all of your maintenance needs. Our maintenance staff will be more than happy to repair your shelves we just need you to report the repair request.
