I have lived at Georgetown Parks Apartments for over a year now and I have absolutely loved it. The staff in the front office is amazing. If there were ever a problem all it took was one quick phone call and it was taken care of. They knew me my by name and asked after me and my family every time I stopped in. Maintenance is amazing. They deal with even the most minimal of problems with a smile and in a timely manner.

I have read people complaining about staff, well, all i have to say is that not once has I ever seen the staff here be rude or inconsiderate to anyone. If you are just going to be walking in and complaining and being ignorant, you are already looking for that in return. You live in an apartment complex and of course there will always be noise and children running around, it happens. If you have problems, talk to the office and they will help resolve it. They are there to help you. I am very pleased with how professional and nice the employees at Georgetown are, and how helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I thank them for making my time at Georgetown so wonderful.
