New Management is horrible

The new management company is horrible. The new manager has created all these new rules and has nothing about them. She has requested that all items be removed from the hallways but her children's bikes are looked to the staircase in front of other tenant's apartments. The parking is horrible. Instead of dealing with the problem, management has made parking first come first serve and no guests or vistors can park in the carports. However the manager's vistors often park in the carports. It was a nice place to live until the new company took over. Can't wait until my lease is up.
