Hey, this is a cool place to live. You can party all you want. Management doesn't care as long as you come up with the rent money at the 1st of the month.

We smoke pot on our balcony and throw beer bottles all over the place. Nobody gives a damn. Hell, there is no parking when we throw a huge party, but who cares, we'll just fill up all the other available spaces. Screw the other people who also live here and pay rent. The other tenants don't mind you running up and down the stairs at all hours of the day. Hell, they're probably just as stoned or drunk as me. The nature setting of the complex is cool, too. I let my dogs run around and they crap everywhere. Don't look at dog crap as an eye sore, it's free natural fertilizer. I'm doing this place a favor.

I crank up my $1500 stereo in my $250 rusted out bucket of a car because I know everyone else loves to hear rap coming out a car 3 miles away. I park my other car in a carport spot - it hasn't moved in a year and has no license plate, but it does have 2 flat tires and a smashed windshield.

Oh, I forgot to mention free newspapers. You just have to beat your neighbor to their doorstep and hope they don't catch you snagging their paper.

Also, they have a referral program. I have been filling this place up with my fellow partiers and earning cash! Damn, I guess partying does pay off - I told ya, mom!

There are some disadvantages though. For example, when the police have to patrol through the complex, I actually have to turn down my stereo and drink my beer inside my unit. Sometimes life just isn't fair. Oh, I forgot, the lawnmowing crew wakes me up at 11:00 am from my drunken stupor. I also have to sell more pot to pay the high utility bills because this place has an insulation R-value of a cardboard box. They make you sign a mold/mildew agreement that makes it your fault for mold/mildew because the windows they installed are leaky and drafty.

LOL--your letter and most of the others were obviously written by the same person, probably from a competitor in the area who is jealous that they can't do better. If this review were true, it would have a back up waiting list of about 5000 college kids just waiting to bid up the rent price!

Funny read, but this obviously disgruntled resident could have done potential renters, like myself, a better service by citing the problems and issues that occurred instead of this juvenile, tongue-in-cheek lambasting, which is fair for no one.
