Too cold, too much hassle

I read the last review, and I can add to that. I have a lower unit and it's freezing. Part of the problem is that the heat is blown through registers that are in the ceiling!! So anything within 5 feet of the ground is COLD. I can feel cold air coming in all along the seam where the wall and floor are supposed to meet. Any wall that is an exterior wall feels like cold air blowing in from outside, then the heat comes from the ceiling, so nothing ever really gets warm. Then, I tried to put up plastic around the windows to see if that would help, and I saw the plastic moving and could hear the air coming in. Should have been clued in by the ICE that has formed all along my window sills!! My heat bill is through the roof!! Never would I recommend this place.
