The parking is only one car can park under the carports per apartment. But if you live in the back there are more parking spaces available, even under carports, because people would rather park in an uncovered space near their apartment compared to parking under a carport down the block. Pets are allowed which was nice. 250 none refundable pet depsoit and an additional 10 a month to your rent. The storage in the cloests are awsome. I could walk into both of them. Rent includes cable which was a plus. They have movies(vhs and dvd) you can borrow from office. Not bad for my first apartment.
