the apartments here are very small with small kitchens. Every window in the apartment, let so much air in you may as well have the windows open in the winter. The staff is always partying and drunk, that if you need something fix you have to wait for them to sober up. The lawn is kept nice but that is due to the outside crew that comes in once a week to mow it. The parking is horrible, you can only park one car under the car ports, they issue stickers for one car but never check to make sure that only stickered cars are under the carports. No one is available on the weekends if something happens. The walls are very thin, that you can hear every conversation in the next apartment. There are constant parties in allot of the apartments and when you call to complain, it goes to voice mail and then nothing happens. Loud cars are coming thou at all times of the day and night. The garbage is pick up in the very early morning waking you up.
If you have kids don't move here, they will never sleep. Between the parties, the thin walls, and the cars that roar in and out of the apartment complex at all hours of the night. The pool is closed at times due to poor maintence.
Would never recommend this place for anyone to live.

I don't understand, if it was so bad why would you wait so long to move & then complain. Ive been here over 5 years & never had a problem. The staff has always been professional & the maintenance are always on top of things. Are you sure you were living at Pheasant Run?

Ive lived here for almost 5 years. And things go in cycles just like any neighborhood. There are the roudy times, then there are the quite times. If you would have wrote your review last year the things you are saying wouldnt be true. Yes there are parties on the weekends. This is their home and they are aloud to do as they please. If you feel that you are not getting anything done when you call the office, why dont you say something to your neighbors instead of the office. I was always told growing up, go to the source of the problems to get things fixed. This place is an amazing neighborhood for children. They have a playground to play on, a open court yard to run in. Its neighbors like you, that make this a place people dont want to live in. I LOVE IT HERE. And would DEFINATLY recomend it to others.

Thanks for writing this review. I believe Sherry is very sweet and also I met the housekeeper and she seems nice too. The apt is 890 sq ft which is not that bad. I do want a quiet place to live and I believe they are putting me into one that is quiet with no children. I will be moving in July 30, 2009
