I currently live at Silver Lake Hills and never want to leave. When I was looking to move, I visited a dozen or so properties in the area. Silver Lake Hills surpassed all of them in quality and price. The layouts are great - I have a third floor with a HUGE greatroom and a bedroom with a patio that has an actual door instead of a sliding glass one. The floor plans are so open and airy!

The office staff has been very helpful and friendly. Even though I've only been in a few times, they know my name and greet me warmly. The maintenance staff responds promptly to any calls and the property does a great job of keeping up with preventative maintenance, especially during the winter months.

I have two complaints - one is that the floor plan that I have has no operable windows in the bedroom. In some buildings this isn't a problem because you can just keep the doorwall open. My unit overlooks the parking lot, so it is too bright to do that. The other is that my building has very little parking. Other buildings have more than enough. If I was in a different building, I wouldn't have either of these issues though.
