i have lived at silver lake hills for approx 3 months. during this time we have had trouble with kids running above our apt for hours on end, the parking is hideous. you have no where to park unless you park several hundred feet away. you pay 800 a month for an apartment and all the other tennants friends get prime parking while you have to hike it through the snow with you child and groceries. we have complained several times to management and were told they are working on it but nothing. matt even went as far as saying we are giving parking stickers to those tennants who reside here--that was over a month ago ---still nothing. also, if you do want a parking carport, then you get assigned one for an additional 20 per month. in addition, the flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen have yellow stains seeping through-----do not know what it is and thought it would be taken care off---not yet. moreover, the heating is not the best, the apartment is always cold even if you turn up heat--the thermostats are put directly next to dryer and hot water heater so the temp stays high in that location while the remainder freezes. i definitely would no recommend this apartment complex---look elsewhere you'll definitely be better off.
