Terrible terrible!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Terrible place to live!! Never can find a parking spot and I only need 1. Trash left in the hall daily, dumpster overfills weekly, broken light outside my apartment for 2 months when I call they say it is fixed and I'm still in the dark. I live in a 1 bedroom 750sq foot apartment by myself and the electric bill is running 250.00 a month. When I talk to the management they say they dont know why it is so high and will not look into the problem. New managment might be worse than the last.
