I pay 850.00 A month for a 1 bedroom apartment. Have to park at the next building and walk home due to the lack of parking and lack of control over parking by the managment. Worst managment team possible. Bill is always not correct, trash overflows, no parking, consumers bill on the 1 bedroom has averaged 174.00 over the last 12 months with one month up to 229.00. Car has been broken into 2 times in the last 6 months, cops said it is common here at this complex. It might be an easier target since the lights in the parking lot are burnt out. Its a perfect place to live if you are in the mood for a dorm like setting, although my dorm was actually nicer. Moving here is not a smart move. Trust me!! Finnaly getting out!!
