Loved it - My wife and I lived at Fenton for three months while our home was being built. The staff treated us so kindly. The office man checked to make sure we were happy after we moved in. NO This place has both horrible residents and bad management. The people who work in the clubhouse are very disrepectful and lazy. The cops are out here basically every night and there is trash everywhere. It is cheap, but not worth it!

Community Activities My mother lives in the apartments and her and My children are always attending community activities. The Halloween parties are the best. My mother loves all of her neighbors, and office staff.
