My car has broke into three times in one and half years.

The buildings have been shot at yes shot at multiple times.

The police are out here on a daily basis!!! Maintence fixes nothing, and they randamly decide to go in your apartment without you being there , and help themselves.

They charge you, I think alot for the enviorment that is in!!!...
