I live here and I like it. I mean the parking lots need to be fixed for sure but everything else is good. Its quite except for some kids that like to play outside my window. I have a nice town home. My consumers bill be high sometimes but my house is good. I always get my maintenance issues handled and the manager seems to be on top of things. She seems professional and happy everytime I see her. The grounds and stuff be nice. Parking by my building tho is not so good. Its crowded and I have to sometimes park a building over and walk I dont like that. So if you lookin I say its good to look here.

I'm glad you're so pleased with your building. I left because I wasn't pleased with mine. Dirty carpet in the outer hall, trash all around the units, driveway that would kill a Hummer, nasty pool with brown water, arguing neighbors who never got a warning, people with trash on their balconies that must have never got fined for it like it states in the lease because they did it all the time, things that have to have more than one repair request in a month's time before it's fixed, and on and on. And building 16 had to be the best kept building by far if you had your snow shoveled quickly. There were times this winter when the snow wasn't shoveled for days. What cut it for me was when I heard shoveling outside and got excited, only to trip out by seeing it was a tenant in the next building shoveling, not the staff. He said he didn't want his wife to fall. That was enough for me to decide to look for a new place. I never disrespected them. They weren't disrespectful to me except for when I called to find out when something I requested get fixed would be fixed. When I called, they said someone would be out in a couple of days. Two weeks later, I still had the same problem. When I called back, being nice by the way because my mama taught me you don't get nasty with people you need something from, I was told in a sarcastic voice that I needed to be patient. I think waiting two weeks for someone that was supposed to show up in two days was overly patient. They may be "cool", but they are not on top of what they need to do. I don't need them to be cool, I need them to be about business. I do have a life. I just don't want to spend my life picking up other people's garbage and doing my own repairs when there are people who have that job and get paid for it. I don't mind pitching in to help out, it's my duty as a community member. But I shouldn't have to do so much and then be told to be patient while waiting for them to do their job. Maybe if they stop trying to recruit other tenants with ads in the paper, signs, and deals, and spend that money on better maintenance and more workers then they wouldn't have to skimp on customer service. A good complex sells itself and doesn't need a lot of advertising. They would have to have a waiting list because they would be filled.

Well Im sorry to hear your service wasnt good. Mine was and so was the neighbors I had. Noone in my building was unhappy. Its a shame you didnt get to experience what we have. I hope the next place is better for you. I just know me and my building and the people I referred here are happy. The only thing here that we dont like is the drive, its tore up. They fixed it last year and I hope they fix it this year. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone! Good luck to you in your new place.
