If you've been lured-in by the cheap rent at Maplebrook, and are seriously thinking about moving there, DON'T! From the day I moved-in, this place has been a nightmare. VERY cheap, poorly maintained units (there are many examples: the window dressings are TAPED ON, the 2nd day I was here, my townhouse's railing fell-off, and it looks like someone splattered coffee throughout the place [which the office refused to fix]). Trust me, it would be best for you to go elsewhere!
