getting worse

I lived here for 3 years and I am about to move. I was happy when I moved in here because it was affordable and not far from work. After the 1st year, they wanted 25.00 more for rent. Wasn't bad but then I found out they were offering the same apartments for 75.00 less then what I paid when I first got in here! The old neighbors were moving out as fast as they could. They were replaced by people who had loads of traffic coming and going. I won't call them drug dealers because I don't know that for a fact. I couldnt afford to move out at the time. The peace and quite went to hell. For a 1st shift person, it was hard to get rest during early evening. But the apartments were pretty sound proof. Just have to close your windows to reduce noise. Lots of fighting and yelling in my building. Some parking lots are not well lit. I told them about a light being out, and they fixed it.

I will say this though, they fixed problems right away, office and maintenance people are great.

I would suggest not just looking at the model apartment but ask to walk around thru the other buildings so you can see what apartment you are really getting into. Expect rent increase after your 1st year. (15-20 dollars)Heat is included so that is a big plus.
