WOW! Are you serious. I live in Maplebrook now the living conditions are poor and they are getting worse! I waited 8 months for a screen door, my furnace nor air conditioner work properly. It is noisy and the police are often in the complex for some type of problem. The office staff is ok if you catch them on the right day,if you don't you may get the phone hung up on you as I did today! They often act as if you are not a paying customer and lucky to be there. WARNING!!! don't let the green grass fool you! This place is a dump! I am out of here at the end of this lease!
