The managment at Maplebrook is horrible. They are a pain to deal with and have no respect for their tenants. They schedule suprise visits and expect you to have your pet locked away so that they can enter even if you are not home. They do not hesitate to unlock your door and just come in. One year they even came in before I was able to stand up from the couch and walk five feet to open the door. This is also a problem if you need something fixed because they will not specify a time or set up an appointment, they will simply show up when they feel like it. There is a serious bug problem durring the spring and summer months that they almost refuse to deal with. The neighbors are excessivly loud, however that can be expected where ever one lives. It is close to several highways and a Super Walmart.
