Today, I got a note on my door saying that today was my 60 day notice that my lease was up. the letters date was date april 30. Today is May 7th it should have been given to me a week ago! This also happened last year when it was time to renew my lease, except it came a month late. Each year they have uped my rent 40 dollars. The quality of my apartment was really low when I moved in. It hasnt been painted in years and the cupboards are old. The thermostate doesnt work right, the stove makes loud noises, the closet doors are broke, and there was a huge pee stain on the carpet in the middle of the living room. The said they would make repairs, the repairman came out unannocend and did not fix anything. The heat broke once and they did promptly fix it, but its the only thing they have done in two yrs. The eves trough on the roof is broken above the stairway and drips large amounts of water. In the winter this water freezes and it becomes very slipery even after they throw salt on it. There is also tons of bugs that are not taken care of. The laundry room is very run down and the washer and dryers are often broke. The neihbors suck! they are loud and have no respect for others. Oftrntimes they sit in the parking lot and blast their car radios outside my window. They are rude to my animals, they consitently yell at them for no reason. The police is here alot, but the problems seem to persist. I am seriously trying to find another apartment, I will not renew with these jerks. Save yourself and move some where else.
